During the Fall 2021 enrollment season, UMich received a total of 79,743 applications. These applications included 40,378 male applicants and 39,365 female applicants. -
Admitted Students
Out of the 79,743 applicants, UMich admitted 16,071 students. Among the admitted students, there were 7,224 males and 8,847 females who received offers of admission. -
Enrolled Students
Among the admitted students, 7,290 students chose to enroll at UMich. This means that 7,290 students accepted the admission offers and officially registered to attend the university for the Fall 2021 term. Among the enrolled students, 3,277 were male and 4,013 were female. -
